Easy Home Brewing - Torpedo Clone

A viewer of mine, Manda, sent me this Sierra Nevada Torpedo home brew beer kit. This is an Extra IPA, so lots of hops. I’ll also be tasting a Chocolate Mint Stout that was brewed and sent in by 27brewing.

Ingredients for Torpedo kit:

8 Pounds Liquid Malt Extract
8 OZ Carafoam
8 OZ Crystal 40
8 OZ Crystal 10
3/4 OZ Magnum @ 60 min.
1 OZ Crystal @ 15 min.
1 OZ Magnum @ 15 min.
1/2 OZ Citra Hops @ Flame-out
1/4 OZ Crystal Hops @ Flame-out
1/4 OZ Magnum Hops @ Flame out
1/2 OZ Citra Hops @ Dry-hop
1/2 OZ Crystal Hops @ Dry-hop
1/2 OZ Magnum Hops @ Dry-hop
